Hello, my name is Scott Jones and I am the lead pastor at Calvary Community Church. I want to thank you for visiting our church via the Internet. The main purpose of this web site is to provide you not only with information concerning Calvary but to allow you to experience the style of our worship and our message. I encourage you to explore the audio examples of both. While a recording will never fully communicate the live experience, we hope it will give you an idea of what to expect if you visit us in person.

Calvary Community is a growing, modest size church with about 220 people in attendance any given Sunday. In total, about 300 call Calvary their “home church.” We are an “outreach oriented” church that possesses a strong emphasis on serving our community. You can expect a biblically-based message and a freedom to worship God in a contemporary manner. We have an excellent youth and children’s ministry that emphasizes God’s word and the character of Jesus Christ.

I believe you will find our church to be very friendly, open and accepting. We are in a very blessed period at Calvary. If you visit, you will find a church that is healthy, relational, biblical and growing.
